Namasivayam, Principal, Maharishi Vidya Mandir Distributed the Prizes to the winners. Total No of Students Participated - 62 Winners - 33. | *8th Club level Championship held on 26-8-2007 at Nehru Indoor Stadium- Total No. of Students Participated - 100 ,Winners - 60. |
| * 6th Club level Championship held on 24-9- 2006 at Nehru Indoor Stadium. The Chief Guest Mr. Pratap Kumar, President, Chennai District Roller Skating Association Distributed the Prizes to the winners and Mr. Lalchand Munoth, Chairman, Youngster Roller Skate Distributed the Certificates to the Children. | * District level Tournament was conducted by CORSA In the year 2008 at Nehru Indoor Stadium. | * Inter School CBSE South Zone Championshi p - 2006 was conducted by Velammal InternationalSchool, Puzhal on 27th, 28th & 29th Sep. 2006 at Nehru Indoor Stadium Skating Rink. Mr. Kamlesh Kumar, the Technical Chief Director of Youngster Roller Skate, trained 28 students from the following 6 participated schools. 1. Sherwood Hall 2. Guru Shree Shantivijay JainVidyalaya 3. | District level Tournament was conducted by Chennai District Roller Skating Association (Regd) on 4th & 5th Nov. 2006 at RajajiVidyashram . | State Championship was conducted at Nehru Indoor Stadium Skating Rink from 1st to 3rd Dec. 2006. All qualified Skaters participated in the state Championship. The Hockey Team of Youngster Roller Skate also participated. | District level championship held in the year 2008 Total No. of participants - 25 winners -16. |

Our Club is proud to inform you that we are not only training normal children but also train_Special Students, who are hyper active. Master Salman Kabir was given training for 1 year in Dancing. He performed his Dance Programme on 22-3-2007 in front of His Excellency Mr. Surjit Singh Barnala, Governor of Tamil Nadu at Raj Bhavan. Governor and his family and viewers appreciated his performance and wished him for his future
He has also performed Dance Programme at the Music Academy.This " REVELATION" programme was organized by Leo Club of Valluvar Kottam.
"HELMET AWAR NESS SKATING RALLY was flagged off by Mr. Balakrishnan Councilor of Ward No. 102 on 1-4-2007. Rally started from the YRS premises. Rally passed through A.P. Road , Choolai High Road, Hunters Road, EVK Sampth Road, Poonamalle High Road & ended at Victoriya Hall near Corporation Building. Mr. Pratap Kumar, President of the Chennai District Roller Skating Association also participated in this noble cause. All office bearers of South India Athletic Association welcomed the Rally and appreciated all the members who involved in this Helmet Awareness Skating Rally."
